NDP names Garrison queer issues critic

I have a new story up on the national page of Xtra.ca today, which is the long-awaited (for me, at least), announcement of who the NDP has chosen to be their GLBTT issues critic, along with (for the first time ever), an associate critic. With Garrison number 38 on the Order of Precedence, and given that he plans to reintroduce the trans rights bill again under his name, it looks like I'll have plenty to cover with him come autumn.
